Much of our vineyard spreads out around the « Crau » region. In this particular area the vineyard is covered in large smooth stones which store the heat of the sun during the day and release it at night, thus enabling the grapes to attain a very high degree of maturity. The area also enjoys exceptional climatic conditions, the Mistral wind and long hours of sunshine combining to produce grapes of exceptional quality.
